OF ALL THE THINGS WE NURTURE, OUR COMMUNITY IS AMONG THE MOST IMPORTANT.

For as long as we've worked to improve our client's properties, we've also worked to improve our community. That's why we annually support hundreds of area schools, religious institutions and non-profits. We also sponsor numerous sports clubs, high school gardening and horticulture programs and the Chicago Botanic Garden.
We also serve the community as responsible stewards of the environment. Chalet is a certified Illinois Green Fleet Company. Our entire fleet over over 150 vehicles has been converted to bio fuels. We recycle over 200 tons of paper & cardboard, 20 tons of steel, 1500 gallons of oil and 600 tires per year. We offer organic and earth-friendly options and services throughout our company.
